At MAR BELLA SWIMWEAR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
• Return Period
You have up to 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Product Condition
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. If applicable, hygienic liners must be intact.
• Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +971 55 877 1581.
Our logistics partner will coordinate the collection of the product from your address.
Once the item is received at our warehouse, a quality control check will be carried out to verify its condition:
• If the item meets the return requirements, it will be restocked and the corresponding refund will be processed.
• If the item shows signs of damage or use, you will be notified to decide how to proceed.
• Return Shipping Cost
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the shipping receipt.
• Processing Fee
Each returned item is subject to a quality control processing fee of AED 3 per unit.
• Refund
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the quality control fee and excluding original shipping costs.
• Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and specific accessories are not eligible for return.
